Foreword

This code is formulated according to the requirements of Notice on Arranging the Plan of Developing Standards for Telecommunication Engineering Construction in 2008（G.X.B.G.H.〔2008〕No.132）issued by former ministry of information industry.

Requirements on energy saving of buildings，telecommunication equipment and corollary equipment for various telecommunication bureaus（stations）have been put forward in this code.

The provision（s）in bold is（are）compulsory one（ones）and must be enforced strictly.
