To telecommunication authorities of all provinces，autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government，China Telecommunications Corporation，China Mobile Communications Corporation，China Unicom Limited and relevant units:

Now two regulations on telecommunication construction of Temporary Provisions of Coconstruction and Sharing of Engineering Technology for Infrastructure of Telecommunication and Design Specifications for Energy Saving of Telecommunication Centres（Stations）are released，which will be implemented from October 1，2009，with following names and numbers:

Ⅰ.Temporary Provisions of Co-construction and Sharing of Engineering Technology for Infrastructure of Telecommunication，with a number of YD 5191-2009；

Ⅱ.Design Specifications for Telecommunication Centres（Stations）Energy Saving，with a number of YD 5184-2009.

Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is responsible for the interpreting and implementation supervising of the above two regulations.The above regulations are published and distributed by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Press（Tel:010-62285938，web site:www.buptpress.com）.
