Developing a Project Charter

In this chapter, you will review the different process groups found on projects and the different phase configurations that can be used. Then you will learn about how key deliverables and high-level requirements are determined based on a business case and stakeholder engagement, all of which will result in a formal project charter.

Once all project goals and objectives are determined, a kick-off meeting can be held and the planning of the project can begin.
