1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is developed for telecommunication cable line projects to comply with applicable national policies，to be technologically advanced，financially reasonable，energy-efficient and environmentallyfriendly，and to guarantee construction materials，construction quality and as-built acceptance of optical（electrical）telecommunication cable line projects meeting design requirements.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to project acceptance of optical（electrical）telecommunication cable lines on land with construction，extension and renovation natures.

1.0.3　The gauge，specification and quality of equipment and materials shall be in compliance with requirements of theapproved design documentation.Uncertified ones must not be used.

1.0.4　When the telecommunication cable lines are constructed in areas with earthquake intensity of 7 and above in China，anti-seismic performance of telecommunication facilities shall be taken into consideration according to the relevant design requirements.

1.0.5　In addition to the requirements stipulated in this code，the acceptance of telecommunication cable line project shall comply with those in the current relevant standards of the nation.
