食品供应链风险形成微观机理与防控机制研究

1.5 研究特色

本研究特色主要体现在以下4个方面:

(1)从行为视角出发,探究食品供应链风险形成的微观机理及风险防控机制,为食品供应链风险管理问题的研究提供了新的视角。

(2)将信息不对称理论、行为科学理论、行为经济学理论、政府规制理论、风险管理理论等同时应用于食品供应链风险管理研究是以往尚未实现的。

(3)厘清食品供应链企业及其员工风险行为影响因素与相互关系,以及这些风险行为与食品供应链风险之间的关系,并构建这些关系模型。

(4)以行为激励和约束为主线构建食品供应链风险防控机制,增强了防控食品供应链风险的针对性。
