This code is formulated according to the requirements of the Notice on Modifying and Formulating the Communication Engineering Construction Standard（XBGH〔2004〕No.508）issued by the Department of Overall Planning of Ministry of Information Industry of the Peoples Republic of China.

This code mainly describes the basic design specifications of structure for mobile communication engineering steel tower and mast，structural calculation，member，node connection，structure and technological requirements，foundation and base，etc.
