The communication administration bureaus of all provinces，autonomous regions，and municipalities directly under the Central Government as well as China Telecommunications Corporation，China Network Communications Corporation，China Mobile Communications Corporation，China United Telecommunications Corporation，China Satellite Communications Corporation，China Tietong Communications Corporation，China Information Technology Consulting and Designing Institute and China International Telecommunication Construction Corporation:

Design Specifications of Structure for Mobile Communication Engineering Steel Tower and Mast（YD/T5131-2005）is now issued and will be implemented on October 1，2006.

The Department of Overall Planning of Ministry of Information Industry of the Peoples Republic of China is in charge of the explanation of this code.

This code is published by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Press.
