Initiation 

Project initiation contains two important processes that are necessary to begin project work and determine initial requirements.

Initiation best practices will have been totally covered in Chapter 2, Project Initiation, and Chapter 3, Project Roles and Responsibilities; in this chapter, we will focus on the steps for the development of a project charter.
