4.5 Lining Concrete
4.5.1 The category, grade and performance indicators of lining concrete shall conform to Table 4.5.1.
Table 4.5.1 Lining Concrete Categories,Grades and Performance Indicators
Note:performance indicators refer to the measured values before metal reinforcing fiber is mixed.
4.5.2 Performance test for lining concrete shall comply with the following requirements:
1 Bulk density shall be in accordance with the current national standard YB/T 5200:Dense Refractory Castables-Determination of Bulk Density and Apparent Porosity.
2 MOR and crushing strength shall be in accordance with the current national standard YB/T 5201:Dense Refractory Castables-Determination of Cold Modulus of Rupture and Cold Crushing Strength.
3 Linear change rate shall be in accordance with the current national standard YB/T 5203:Dense Refractory Castables-Determination of Linear Change.
4 Coefficient of thermal conductivity shall be in accordance with the current national standard YB/T 4130:Refractory Materials-Determination of Thermal Conductivity(Calorimeter).
5 Erosion loss at ambient temperature shall be in accordance with the current national standard GB/T 18301:Refractory Products-Determination of Resistance to Abrasion Materials at Ambient Temperature.
6 Contents of Al2O3and Fe2O3shall be in accordance with the current national standard GB/T 6900:Chemical Analysis of Alumina-silica Refractories.
4.5.3 Portable water should be used for mixing lining concrete.Water temperature shall be determined based on the ambient conditions, and preferably 10 to 25℃.If other clean water is used, the content of chloride shall not be larger than 50mg/L,and pH value should be 6.5 to 7.5.
