4.4　Monolithic Refractory

4.4.1　Quality certificates for monolithic refractory shall include:

1　Specification，description and designation of the product.

2　Grade number，lot number，delivery state，weight and quantity.

3　Characteristic data of product factory test，including bulk density，crushing strength，modulus of rupture，linear change rate，coefficient of thermal conductivity，Al2 O3 and Fe2 O3 contents，erosion loss at ambient temperature and other measured values.

4　Inspection stamps.

5　Manufacturer and date of manufacture.

6　Expiration date.

4.4.2　Technical specification for monolithic refractory shall include:

1　Aggregate composition and performance of binder.

2　Application methods，process requirements and technical parameters.

3　Lining heat drying parameters.

4.4.3　Monolithic refractory shall be packaged and stored in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Moisture-proof bags shall be used for packaging monolithic refractory，and shall be indicated with product description，designation，lot number，manufacture date，expiration date，weight as well as the manufacturer's name and address.

2　Binder and aggregates shall be separately packaged with unit weight deviation no larger than 2%.

3　Moisture content of aggregates shall comply with the following requirements:

1）It shall not be larger than 1% for abrasion-resistant lining material；

2）It shall not be larger than 3% for heat-insulating and abrasion-resistant lining material；

3）It shall not be larger than 5% for heat-insulating lining material.

4　Monolithic refractory shall be marked with product description，designation and lot number，and shall be stored in a dry and well-ventilated area.And provisions shall be made against direct sunlight，rain and moisture.
