8.4　Inspection and Documentation

8.4.1　The quality acceptance for the erection of the desulfurization and denitrification equipment shall be carried out in stage by the construction company，the supervision company and the Owner.

8.4.2　The following certification and records shall be ready for the construction quality acceptance:

1　The equipment open-case inspection records and equipment technical documents，the equipment delivery certificate，the inspection reports and so on.

2　The construction records and acceptance reports of concealed works.

3　The erection，pressure test，flushing，blowing and leak test records of boxes，tanks and pipes.

4　Records and certification of the sub-section trial operation.

5　All material reports and certificates of the system.

6　Re-inspection records of the foundation and the re-inspection records of the prepared holes and pre-buried pipe fittings.

7　Erection and maintenance records of the equipment.

8　The lubricant brand and test report.

9　Erection records of metal structures.
