4.8　Inspection and Documentation

4.8.1　The quality acceptance of the erection of boiler steel structures and the related metal structures shall be carried out in steps by the construction company，the supervision company and the Owner.

4.8.2　The following certification and records shall be prepared for construction quality acceptance:

1　The equipment unpacking inspection record，equipment technical documents，the equipment certificate of approval，the test reports，and so on.

2　Sampling re-inspection reports of high strength bolts and the re-inspection reports of the slip coefficient test of faying surfaces in high-strength bolting connection.

3　The boiler foundation re-inspection record.

4　Construction records and certification for concealed works.

5　Certification for the approval of the secondary grouting after fixing the column pad irons and column bases.

6　The sampling re-inspection report for high strength bolts of boiler steel structures.

7　The tightening record of high strength bolts of boiler steel structures.

8　Re-inspection record after tightening high strength bolts of boiler steel structures.

9　The erection records of assembly components and the columns of steel structures.

10　The erection records of boiler roof plate girders.

11　The settlement observation records of steel structures during the erection and construction.

12　Certification for pressure decay test of tubular air heaters.

13　The erection record of rotary air heaters.

14　Certification for the trial operation of rotary air heaters.

15　The erection records of combustion equipment.

16　The erection record of the main expansion displacement components（such as the expansion clearance of water seal gland groove and the values of cold drawing or compression of expansion joint，and so on）.

17　Record and certification for the trial operation.
