2.5　Procedure and Organization for Construction Quality Acceptance of Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering in Metallurgy

2.5.1　The supervising engineer（owner's technical project leader）shall organize the project quality（technical）leader of contractor to perform the acceptance inspection of inspection lot and constituent works.

2.5.2　The chief supervising engineer（owner's project leader）shall organize the project manager，technical and quality leader of contractor to perform the acceptance inspection of divisional works.

2.5.3　After completion of unit works，owner shall organize by itself relevant personnel to perform inspection and assessment and submit the project acceptance report to owner.

2.5.4　Upon receiving the project acceptance report，the（project）director of owner shall organize the（project）director of contractor，designer and supervisor to perform the acceptance inspection of unit（subunit）works.

2.5.5　Where the unit works are constructed by sub-contractors，the projects constructed by them shall be inspected and assessed according to the procedures specified in this code，with the participation of the personnel from the general contractor.After the completion of the sub-contracted project，the documents related to the projects shall be submitted to the general contractor.

2.5.6　Where the Parties participating in the acceptance inspection disagree on the construction quality，they may request the local construction administration department or a construction quality supervisor for mediation.
