2.4　Quality Acceptance of Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering in Metallurgy

2.4.1　The quality acceptance of inspection lot shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Both the Dominant items and General items shall pass sampling quality inspection.

2　There shall be complete basis for construction operations quality inspection records.

2.4.2　The quality acceptance of constituent works shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　All inspection lots included in the constituent works shall meet the requirements for acceptable quality.

2　The records of quality acceptance of the inspection lots included in the constituent works shall be complete.

2.4.3　The quality acceptance of divisional（sub-divisional）works shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　All the constituent works included in the divisional（sub-divisional）works shall pass the quality acceptance inspection.

2　Quality control data shall be complete.

3　The results of inspection and sampling inspection related to safety and function of divisional works shall meet the relevant requirements.

4　The acceptance of appearance quality shall meet the relevant requirements.

2.4.4　The quality acceptance of unit（sub-unit）works shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　All the divisional（sub-divisional）works included in the unit（sub-unit）works shall be found acceptable in quality.

2　The spot check results of main functional items shall meet the requirements of this code for quality acceptance of relevant fields.

3　The safety and function test data for the divisional works included in the unit（sub-unit）works shall be prepared.

4　The spot check results of main functional items shall meet the requirements of this code for quality acceptance of relevant fields.

5　The acceptance for appearance quality shall meet relevant requirements.

2.4.5　The record of acceptance for construction quality of electrical equipment installation engineering in metallurgy shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The quality acceptance of inspection lot may be performed according to Table A.0.2 in Appendix A of this code.

2　The quality acceptance of constituent works may be performed according to Table A.0.3 of Appendix A of this code.

3　The acceptance for construction quality of divisional（sub-divisional）works may be performed according to Table A.0.4 in Appendix A of this code.

4　The completion acceptance，quality control data check，record of safety and main function check and spot check as well as acceptance of appearance quality of unit（sub-unit）works shall comply with Table A.0.5 in Appendix A of this code.

2.4.6　If the quality of electrical equipment installation engineering in metallurgy fails to meet the requirements，the following requirements shall be followed.

1　The inspection lot，of which the apparatus and equipment have been reworked or replaced，shall be re-inspected for acceptance.

2　The inspection lot which is tested by a qualified test organization and identified as compliant with design requirements shall be accepted.

3　The inspection lot，which has been tested by a qualified test organization and identified as noncompliant with design requirements but is verified to meet the requirements of structure safety and operational function by the original designer，may be accepted.

4　The constituent and divisional works which meet the requirements of safe operation after reworked may be accepted according to technical solution and consultation documents.

5　The constituent and unit works which still cannot meet the requirements of safe operation after reworked must not be accepted.
