Economic Rule of Law and the Prevention and Management of Economic Risks
【Abstract】 As a result of the combined effect of many complicated and changeable factors, China has been suffering from continuous economic downturn and faced with various economic risks since 2010. The author of this article holds that a rational response to these challenges is to strengthen the system of the prevention and effective management of economic risks and, in order to do that, China must truly implement the basic strategy of ruling the country by law, abide by the principle of economic rule of law, enhance the consciousness of economic risks and of management of economic risks, and gradually establish the concrete system of prevention and management of economic risks and the corresponding legal mechanisms.
