LV BENFU

Lv Benfu is a professor and doctoral tutor in the School of Management at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is also the Director of the Network Economy and Knowl- edge Management Open Laboratory. His aca- demic and social part-time roles include: Vice President of the China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy, Vice President of the China Information Economy Society, member of China's Digital Forum, one of the fifty members of China's Information Society, and a member of China Info 100. He has also served as a government consultant, including as an expert in the strategic scheduling team of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, eBank consultant at The People's Bank of China, and business operation evaluation expert at the Ministry of Commerce.

HAO YELI

Dr. Hao Yeli is a retired major general of the Ministry of National Defense of China. She is currently senior advisor of the China Institute for International Strategic Studies, the Deputy President of the China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy, and the President of Guanchao Cyberspace Forum of the China Internet Security Conference (ISC). As a frequent participant in the track-two dialogues between China and the US, China and Russia, and China and EU, she devotes her research to issues related to security and governance of global cyberspace.
