第89章 静闲淡泊 观心证道

Only by preserving tranquility,leisure and simplicity can one properly examine man's nature and comprehend the Way of the world.

静中念虑澄澈，见心之真体；闲中气象从容，识心之真机；淡中意趣冲夷[1]，得心之真味。观心证道[2]，无如此三者。

[1]冲夷：冲和平易，谦虚平和。

[2]观心证道：佛家用语。观心，反省自悟；证道，修行得道。佛教主张的修为之法。

今文解译

平静中产生的念想和思虑最为清澄，因而也最能体现人的品格；悠闲时表现出的气质和形象最为从容，因而也最能反映人的品性；淡泊中拥有的意趣和兴致最为纯粹，因而也最能说明人的品位。所谓反省自悟、修行得道，皆不出以上三个方面。
