1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is developed with views to guarantee the construction quality of telecommunication power supply facilities，meet the acceptance requirements and ensuring the safe operation of telecommunication power supply facilities.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to the acceptance of construction of new-built，expansion and renovation of telecommunication power supply facilities.

1.0.3　In the process of installation and construction，quality inspection and final acceptance of telecommunication power supply facilities，the applied measuring instrument shall be with effective calibration certificates issued by the legal measurement organizations.

1.0.4　Specifications and models of the facilities and materials involved in the construction of telecommunication power supply facilities shall meet the engineering design requirements.

1.0.5　Any damaged，distorted，moistened or moldy telecommunication power supply facilities must not be installed during construction，and facilities without qualified inspection certificates must not be installed.

1.0.6　In areas with stipulated seismic resistance at and above 7 degree，anti-seismic performances of power supply facilities used in public telecommunication networks must be tested and qualified according to the anti-seismic requirements of telecommunication facilities.

1.0.7　The acceptance of lightning protection system and earthing system used in construction of the telecommunication power supply facilities shall be implemented meeting the requirement of the Code for Acceptance of Lightning Protection and Earthing for Telecommunication Bureaus（Stations）GB 51120.

1.0.8　While installing telecommunication power supply facilities，not only the requirements stipulated in this standard（code），but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation shall be met.
