4.5　The Earthing of the Cables Entering into Bureau

4.5.1　The comprehensive telecommunication building shall be equipped with the cable entrance facility，and the outdoor cables of the cable entrance facility shall be connected with the main earthing bars or ring main earthing conductors via the earthing bar.It may be designed according to Fig.4.5.1，and shall be in accordance with the following requirements：

1　All connections shall be close to the periphery of buildings.

2　The entrance facilities，especially the power led-in facilities and cable entrance facilities，shall cling together tightly according to the actual situation.

3　The bonding conductors of entrance facility shall be short and straight.
