3.1　Equipment Room Inspection

3.1.1　The construction of equipment rooms shall meet the requirements of engineering designs，and shall be completed，qualified and accepted.The walls and floors of the equipment room shall be fully dry.The doors and windows shall be well-sealed，dust-proof and anti-theft.

3.1.2　The location and size of reserved holes in the equipment room，and the model，quantity and location of embedded pieces shall meet the requirements of engineering designs.

3.1.3　If an underfloor conduit is constructed in the equipment room，its route and model shall meet the requirements of engineering designs，and the conduit cover shall be firm，neat and sealed，and the conduit shall be water-proof.

3.1.4　Power supply shall be available in the equipment room.The lighting system has been operating normally.220V AC power outlets shall be provided.

3.1.5　The ventilating system，air-conditioning system and fire-fighting system shall be installed and work well.The indoor temperature and humidity shall meet the requirements of engineering designs.

3.1.6　The monitoring system in the equipment room shall work well.

3.1.7　The lightning protection and earthing system of the equipment room is installed，completed and qualified.Earthing resistance value shall meet the engineering design requirements.

3.1.8　Fire protection facilities for the equipment room shall meet the requirements of the current national fire protection specifications and the current Design Standard for Fire Protection of Posts and Communications Building.Hazardous articles such as flammable and explosive articles must not be stored in or near the equipment room.
