Foreword

This standard is formulated by Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design（Group）Co.，Ltd.jointly with the relevant organizations according to the requirements of"Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2011"（Jian Biao〔2011〕NO.17）issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

During the process of formulating this standard，the drafting group revised Standard for Design of Intelligent Building GB/T50314-2006 by carrying out extensive investigation，carefully summarizing the practical experience，referring to relevant international standard and foreign advanced standards and widely soliciting opinions.

This standard is divided into 18 chapters with the main technical contents as follows：general provisions，terms，engineering architecture，design factors，house，office building，hotel building，cultural building，museum building，theatrical building，exhibition building，educational building，financial architecture，transportation building，medical building，sports architecture，store building and general industrial building.

The main technical contents revised in this standard are：

（1）Chapter 3"Engineering Architecture"is added according to the need of design of intelligent building engineering；

（2）The classification of intelligent building is adjusted accordingly；

（3）Timely technical promotion，supplement，improvement and necessary modification are carried out for the contents of other chapters.

The provisions printed in bold type in this standard are compulsory and must be enforced strictly.
