3 Basic Requirements
3.0.1 Waste heat power generation shall utilize the waste heat,which not be used any more in cement production process.
3.0.2 Design principles of waste heat power generation engineering shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
1 Waste heat power generation engineering shall not affect the normal operation of the cement production;
2 Waste heat power generation engineering shall neither increase the clinker comparable comprehensive energy consumption nor decrease clinker production;
3 Waste heat power generation engineering should be implemented after completing thermal calibration or investigation for operation condition when cement production lines reached the designed capacity and in stable operation;
4 In the synchronous construction with the cement production line,parameters of exhaust gas may be determined on the basis parameters of cement process design and that of waste heat power generation system which has been put into operation and has similar conditions;
5 The capacity of related equipment in production line shall be checked when the waste heat power generation systems are added to the original cement production line.
3.0.3 Design specifications of waste heat power generation shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 3.0.3.
Table 3.0.3 Design specifications of waste heat power generation
3.0.4 The automation control level of waste heat power generation system shall not be lower than that of cement production line.The related technical parameters of waste heat power generation system shall communicate with that in the control system of the cement production line.
3.0.5 The fire protection design of waste heat power generation system shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Code for design of fire protection for fossil fuel power plants and substations GB 50229.
