Configuring Power & sleep settings
You probably have experience with previous versions of Windows! If that's the case, then whatever you've done in previous versions of Windows to configure Power & sleep, you will be doing almost the same in Windows 10, except that you will be using Windows Settings as well as the old Control Panel. That being said, if you are using a desktop PC, then Power & sleep takes care of your monitor and the power in your computer when your computer is in an idle state. With a laptop, Power & sleep, as it does with a desktop, saves your laptop's battery power when you are not working with your laptop.
