摘要：本书分为总报告，“五个一百”网络正能量之榜样、文字作品、图片、动漫音视频作品、专题活动五个综合评价实证研究分报告以及附录三部分。

总报告梳理了项目的基本情况和意义，介绍了网络正能量评价的基础和方法，详细阐述了网络正能量综合评价AMI指标体系的构建原则，并对指标体系进行了深入解读。课题组在中国社会科学院中国社会科学评价研究院首创的AMI评价理论基础上，形成了较为系统、全面、具有可操作性、科学的网络正能量综合评价AMI指标体系。网络正能量综合评价AMI指标体系在吸引力、管理力和影响力3个一级指标的基础上，设有主题吸引力、需求吸引力、创作主体管理力、网络媒介管理力、公信力、政治影响力、舆论影响力等二级指标，并设有27个三级指标。

分报告分别介绍了“五个一百”网络正能量之榜样、文字作品、图片、动漫音视频作品、专题活动的评选情况、评选活动的经验，并结合实际情况提出了相应的对策建议。

基于网络正能量综合指标评价体系和大数据结果，附录部分进行了网络正能量指数多领域事件分析，包括2018年度十大互联网正能量事件、2019年第一季度正能量评论文章、2019年第一季度微信公众号涉军热文。

Abstract：This book contains three parts，the general report，Five-hundred network positive energy comprehensive evaluation empirical sub-reports of model，literal，picture，animation audio and video，thematic activities，and appendix.

The general report sorted out the basic situation and significance of the project，introduced the foundation and method of network positive energy evaluation，elaborated the construction principle of network positive energy comprehensive evaluation AMI index system，and made an in-depth interpretation of the index system. Based on the AMI evaluation theory initiated by The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Evaluation Studies，the project team has formed a relatively systematic，comprehensive，operable and scientific network positive energy comprehensive evaluation AMI indexsystem.The network positive energy comprehensive evaluation AMI index system is based on three first-level indicators which are attraction，management and influence，and contains second-level indicators such as theme attraction and demand attraction，and also concludes 27 three-level indicators.

The sub-reports respectively introduce the selection situation and experience of the Five Hundreds network positive energy selection activities in model，literal，picture，animation audio and video，thematic activity，and put forward corresponding suggestions.

Based on the comprehensive index evaluation system of network positive energy and the results of big data，the appendix makes a multi-field event analysis of network positive energy，including the top ten Internet positive energy events in 2018，the review articles of positive energy in the first quarter of 2019，and the hot articles related to military by WeChat public account in the first quarter of 2019.
