Creating resources and forums for the decision makers
The interview process and interview style can vary greatly from company to company. Some companies will interview the applicant with several different people individually, some conduct panel interviews, and some may just have one individual conduct the interview and make the hiring decision. Additionally there are several different interview styles: behavioral, structured, directive, non-directive, patterned, and stress. No matter how your company formats its interview process, documents for the interviews need to be available for the interviewers. In order to facilitate this process, we will discuss how to add resources and forums to your course.
