Foreword

According to the requirements of Document（JIANBIAO）〔2010〕No.43 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development-Notice on printing and distributing‘the Development and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2010’，this code is jointly developed by Electronic Engineering Standard Quota Station of Electronic Industry Standardization Research Institute of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology，The 8th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation，and other organizations concerned.

According to the research results on basic requirements，stand-alone commissioning and quality acceptance requirements for installation for manufacturing equipment on optical cables plant，years of relative experiences accumulated on manufacturing equipment installation technologies on optical cable plant，on the basis of the relative standards，and extensive opinions，the compilation team completed the draft，discussed and modified repeatedly before finalizing the code.

The code comprises of six chapters and three appendixes，which are General Provisions，Terms，Basic Stipulation，Installation Construction，Commissioning and Trial operation，Engineering Acceptance etc.

The provisions printed in bold type are are mandatory and must be complied with strictly.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China is in charge of the management of this code，and its mandatory provisions are interpreted by the said Ministry.The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is in charge of the routine management of this code.The 8th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation is in charge of the explanation of technical specifications.Each unit shall pay attention to summing up the experience and accumulate information.If there’re any amendment or supplement to this code during implementation，please send the opinions and suggestions to The 8th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation（address:No.369，Guoqing Mid-road，Huainan City，Anhui Province，Postal Code:232001）as reference in further amendment.
