5.7　Project Acceptance

5.7.1　For the quality acceptance for gas duct installation，the main control scope of test batch shall include the following contents:

1　Gas damper checking and installation；

2　Checking of dust separator interior installation，wear-resisting lining，anchor nail of wear-resisting protection，and thickness and smoothness of castables；

3　Expansion joint installation；

4　Connection engineering of gas ducts of waste heat boiler and cement production line；

5　Checking of gas duct wear-resisting lining，anchor nail，and thickness and smoothness of castables；

6　Material，thickness，exterior protection of insulation layer；

7　Pipe welding checking.

5.7.2　Carry out checking，acceptance，and certificate issuing to the joint construction quality of gas duct，dust collection system and production line.

5.7.3　While carrying out installation acceptance for gas duct and related equipment，the following documentation shall be submitted:

1　Acceptance record for subdivisional work；

2　Effective technical documentation list and original documentation for design alternation and substitute materials；

3　The certificates required by Article 5.7.2 of this code；

4　Other required documentation and records.
