3.3　Construction Procedure

3.3.1　After each step is completed，thoroughly check and clean the site，wastes are not allowed to be remained in site.Before sealing the waste heat boiler，equipment，headers，pipelines，the interior shall be thoroughly checked and cleaned，and sundries are not allowed to be remained.

3.3.2　The finished and semi-finished products，and the material machined and prepared in site shall be checked and confirmed according to the requirement of design documentation.

3.3.3　Before hoisting，the reinforcement of hoisting equipment and its components as well as the loadbearing welding joint shall be checked and confirmed.

3.3.4　During the process of construction，carry out checking and acceptance as per inspection batches，subdivisional works，and partitioned project；if the former process is not checked to be qualified and accepted，it is not allowed to carry out the next process.Concealed works shall be checked to be qualified and accepted，and the acceptance record for concealed works shall be carried out.The acceptance record for concealed works should be filled in as per the following table 3.3.4.

3.3.5　Before the equipment is installed，the civil construction shall meet the following requirements:

1　The construction of equipment bases and all layers inside the plant shall be completed and meet the requirement of equipment installation；

2　The concrete strength of equipment bases and the location of embedded parts shall reach above 70% of design strength；

3　The plant shall be capped，and the waterproof shall be carried out；

4　When carrying out installation works inside the building or around the building，the safeguard and warning signs shall be available in installation holes，open areas and platform margins；

5　Before the traveling crane inside the main plant is installed，the outer wall of plant should not be seal；

6　The remained material and sundries of civil construction shall be cleaned.

3.3.6　When the installation engineering changes the structure stress of the building and the structures，shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　When carrying out installation，it is not allowed to perforate in the building and the structure，and it is also not allowed to damage the load bearing bar of the concrete；

2　When carrying out installation，it is not allowed to add additional load to the structure components of the building and structure；

3　When the construction requires perforating or additional load without design in the building and structure，the works only can be carried out after being rechecked and obtaining corresponding technical documentation.

3.3.7　When the waste heat power generation is of technical innovation or extension project，the separation protection works shall be set up between construction area and the workshop of the cement plant.

3.3.8　After the construction is completed，the following documentation shall be available:

1　Defect records and relevant certificates；

2　Acceptance record for concealed works and the certificates；

3　Design alternation document and the certificates；

4　Construction records，acceptance records，and the certificates；

5　As-built drawing.
