2.0.1 Pulverized coal injection project
A project in which pulverized coal is blown into blast furnace through the tuyeres by means of pneumatic conveying.
2.0.2 Pulverized coal preparation system with direct fume discharge
A pulverized coal preparation system in which the gas that enters the coal pulverizer for drying and conveying in the preparation system is composed of the fume burnt by the fume furnace and the fume(or air)from the hot stove, and in which the said gas is all discharged into the atmosphere after passing through the bag-type collector, the main exhaust fan and other equipments.
2.0.3 Pulverized coal preparation system with self-cycling fume
A pulverized coal preparation system in which the gas that enters the coal pulverizer for drying and conveying in the preparation system is supplied by the fume burn by the fume furnace, and in which after passing through the bag-type collector, the main exhaust fan and other equipments, only part of the said gas is discharged into the atmosphere, and the rest returns to the coal pulverizer for reuse.
2.0.4 Direct pulverized coal injection system
A pulverized coal injection system in which the facilities of the pulverized coal preparation system and the facilities of the pulverized coal injection system are installed in the same plant building, and in which pulverized coal directly enters the pulverized coal bin,and then is blown into the blast furnace through the tuyeres by means of pneumatic conveying via the injection system connected with the pulverized coal bin.
2.0.5 Indirect pulverized coal injection system
A pulverized coal injection system in which the facilities of the pulverized coal preparation system and the facilities of the pulverized coal injection system are installed separately at different locations, and in which pulverized coal is sent to the pulverized coal bin of the injection system by means of pneumatic conveying or other methods, and then is blown into the blast furnace through the tuyere by means of pneumatic conveying via the injection tank.
2.0.6 Serial tanks injection
An injection method. Two pulverized coal tanks are linked together in series with one on top of the other. The top tank works as the storage tank,it receives the pulverized coal from the pulverized coal bin under atmospheric pressure and then feeds the coal to the bottom tank under pressurized condition. The bottom tank works as the injection tank,it is always in a pressurized state to inject the pulverized coal to the blast furnace.
2.0.7 Parallel tanks injection
An injection method. The pulverized coal injection system is equipped with two or more injection tanks which are arranged in parallel. Each injection tank follows the procedure of injecting-coal chargingwaiting for injection to inject alternately.
2.0.8 Multiple branch pipelines transportation
A conveying method which uses multiple pipelines for pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal from the injection tank to the BF tuyeres. The ends of all the pipelines are directly connected with the individual coal injection lances.
2.0.9 Collection pipeline transportation
A conveying method which only has one or two pipelines for pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal from the injection tank to the blast furnace. This pipeline is connected with the entry of a distributor which has the same number of exit ducts as the tuyeres for injection. The exit ducts of the distributor are connected with the individual coal injection lances.
2.0.10 Blended coal injection
A method by which multiple types of raw coals are blended as per a certain proportion and injected into the blast furnace after being pulverized.
