3.6　Storage Building，Transportation and Storage Conditions for Raw Coal

3.6.1　PCI system should have dry coal shed.The design of coal blending facility shall be able to accommodate the requirement of blending several types of coals，and the coal blending facility should be placed inside the dry coal shed.Raw coals shall be respectively unloaded to their assigned locations according to their types after they enter the dry coal shed.

3.6.2　The storage capacity of the dry coal shed for raw coal should be designed to accommodate the amount of 5 to 10 days usage.

3.6.3　For any coal type with a high spontaneous ignition tendency，water shooting devices for cooling shall be installed in the dry coal shed to prevent raw coal from spontaneous ignition.

3.6.4　The angle between the slope of coal blending hopper and the horizontal plane should not be smaller than 55°.Grate shall be installed at the top of the coal blending hopper，and coal feeder shall be installed under the coal blending hopper.Liner and air cannon may be installed on the coal blending hopper according to the condition of the raw coal.

3.6.5　The conveying of raw coal from the dry coal shed to the pulverized coal preparation shop should use ordinary belt conveyors or steeply inclined belt conveyors.Angle of ordinary belt conveyor shall not be larger than 18°.

3.6.6　Iron removers shall be installed in the raw coal conveying system and interlocked with the belt conveyors which they are fixed on.
