Foreword

According to the requirements specified in the Plan for Revising and Developing Professional Standards in 2007（Document Number：〔2007〕1415）issued by the General Administration Office of National Development and Reform Commission，this Specification is revised by its development team based on wide and intensive investigations and studies made，practices summarized，comments requested as well as references to international standards and advanced foreign standards.

This Specification comprises 12 chapters and 2 appendixes.

Main technical contents in this Specification include overall installation and alignment of machine set，separate installation of axial flow compressor and flue gas expander，dismantling examination of gearbox and motor and test of machine set.

This Specification is revised based on SH/T 3516-2001 Regulations for Construction Technology of Axial Flow Compressor-Flue Gas Expander Train in Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Plant.The main revisions include：

—Title is changed into Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Axial Flow Compressor-Flue Gas Expander Energy Recovery Train in Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Plant；

—Delete the installation of flue gas expander E 232 and add the technical characteristics of commonly used models；

—Add the installation and test of electric actuator of axial flow compressor；

—Add the installation and acceptance of axial flow compressor above the type AV80.
