9.7　Blowing and Oil-passing Test of Fuel Oil System

9.7.1　After the erection of fuel oil system，hydrostatic test of all pipes must be qualified and certificated.Hydrostatic test pressure shall meet the design requirements.If there is no specific requirement，the test pressure shall be 1.5 times the design pressure.

9.7.2　After the erection of pipes in fuel oil system，steam blowing shall be carried out and the approved technical measures shall be taken at the same time.The cores of check valves and adjusting valves shall be taken out before blowing.The oil measurement device shall be replaced by the temporary short tube.The blowing shall be carried out at least twice，and the interval between twice blowing shall be long enough to make the pipe wall temperature cooling to room temperature and be able to blow the medium completely.The fuel pipes in boiler room shall be blowed to the outlet of metallic flexible tube in front of oil ignitor.After blowing/flushing，the slag deposition in the dead space shall be removed and certificated.

9.7.3　Before the first boiler ignition，oil circulating and passing test for the whole system shall be carried out to the fuel oil system，and the trial operation of the oil pump can be carried out together.There shall be the approved technical measures during testing.The time duration of oil circulation shall not be less than 8 hours.After oil circulation，the filters shall be cleaned and certificated.The following tests shall be carried out during oil circulating test:

1　The accident button test of oil pump.

2　The interlocking and low oil pressure start-up test of oil pump.

3　The opening-closing test and linkage test of the fuel quick-break valve.
