9.2　The Oil Unloading Device and Pipes

9.2.1　The erection of the pipes in the oil unloading station shall be carried out after the completion acceptance of the civil structures.The positions of the pre-buried iron pieces and prepared holes shall be reinspected according to the drawing requirements before the construction is carried out.

9.2.2　The concrete or brick walls for pipe passing through shall equip with the pre-buried sleeves according to the design requirements.If there is no sleeve and a hole need to drill，it shall be approved by the design company and the corresponding sealing and reinforcing measures shall be taken.

9.2.3　Steel oil unloading main pipes shall be installed according to the slope requirement regulated in the drawing.

9.2.4　When installing heaters or heating pipes in the oil unloading device，enough expansion space shall be reserved according to the drawing requirements.And hydrostatic test under 1.25 times work pressure shall be qualified after installation.

9.2.5　The arrangement of equipment and pipes within the scope of the oil unloading device shall not interfere with the pass of oil truck.

9.2.6　The oil unloading nozzles shall be lifted and rotated flexibly and sealed well.The oil port of the fixed oil unloading device shall be tight without leakage and easy to operation.
