6 Maintenance Works
6.1 General Requirements
6.1.1 This standard is arranged in terms of section project，sub-item projects，branch project and unit project.Quality inspection and assessment shall be conducted step by step in the order of section project，sub-item project，branch project and unit project.
6.1.2 After completing construction of section/sub-item projects，the construction team shall conduct self-inspection satisfactorily and provide a self-inspection record，and the project management department shall conduct quality inspection and assessment together with the representatives of project supervision organization and the owner according to the project quality inspection and assessment scope.
6.1.3 Section project，sub-item project，branch project and unit project are assessed as"Qualified"or"Good"according to the following criteria.
1 Inspection index.
"Qualified":The actual inspection result of inspection index meets the requirement of"Qualified"for the inspection index in this standard.
"Good":The actual inspection result of inspection index meets the requirement of"Good"for the inspection index in this standard.If the inspection index is not classified in quality criteria column，it shall be assessed as"Good"when it meets the requirements.
Inspection indices are classified as"General"and"Major"，any item which is not indicated as"Major"in the"Nature"column of tables in this chapter shall be deemed as general item.
2 Section project.
"Qualified":All"Major"inspection indices of the section project meet the"Qualified"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column，and 80% or more"General"inspection indices meet the"Qualified"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column，the rest"General"inspection indices basically meet the"Qualified"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column.
"Good":All"Major"inspection indices of the section project meet the"Good"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column，and 80% or more General inspection indices meet the"Good"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column，the rest"General"inspection indices basically meet the"Qualified"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column.
For section project quality inspection and assessment，Refer to Table B.1.
3 Sub-item project.
1）There is no section project under the sub-item project.
"Qualified":All"Major"inspection indices of the section project meet the"Qualified"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column，and 80% or more"General"inspection indices meet the"Qualified"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column，the rest"General"inspection indices basically meet the"Qualified"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column.
"Good":All"Major"inspection indices of the section project meet the"Good"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column，and 80% or more"General"inspection indices meet the"Good"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column，the rest"General"inspection indices meet the"Qualified"criteria established in"Quality Criteria"column.
2）There are section project under the sub-item project.
"Qualified":All section projects under the sub-item project meet"Qualified"requirements.
"Good":All"Major"Section projects of the sub-item project meet the"Good"criteria，and 70% or more"General"Section projects meet the"Good"criteria，the rest"General"section projects meet the"Qualified"criteria.
For sub-item project quality inspection and assessment，Rrefer to Table B.3.
4 Branch project.
"Qualified":All sub-item projects under the branch project meet"Qualified"requirements.
"Good":All"Major"sub-item projects under the branch project must meet the"Good"criteria，and 70% or more"General"sub-item projects meet the"Good"criteria，the rest"General"sub-item projects meet the"Qualified"criteria.
For branch project quality inspection and assessment，Refer to Table B.4
5 Unit project.
"Qualified":All branch projects under the unit project meet"Qualified"criteria，and the testing run in component is basically normal，with all satisfied tests and complete technical data and records.
"Good":All"Major"branch projects under the unit project meet the"Good"criteria，and the total assessment score of unit project is 90 or higher.The full marks consist of 70 for static part and 30 for dynamic part.
The score calculation formula is:
Actual dynamic marks=percentage of inspection indices of"Good"testing run in component×30
For unit project quality inspection and assessment，Refer to Table B.5.
For acceptance record of concealed works，Refer to Table B.6.
6.1.4 For project quality inspection and assessment，actual check and measurement must be conducted in accordance with this chapter on quality criteria，inspection methods and tools，and assessment shall be conducted based on the inspection result.
6.1.5 The construction quality of section and sub-item projects must be 100% self-checked by the construction operators and rechecked，the project management department and the representatives from project supervision organization and the owner can decide 100% inspection or spot check at a ratio according to the actual condition.
6.1.6 The project quality assessment result shall give priority to the inspection and assessment comment of the highest level for the item specified in quality inspection and assessment scope，and is subject to the certification of inspection and assessment.The superior quality inspectors shall have the right for spot check and re-assessment.
