5.2 Scope of Quality Acceptance and Assessment for Civil Works
5.2.1 The scope of quality acceptance and assessment for civil works mainly includes four parts:project No.，quality inspection item classification，acceptance organization，reference table No.of the quality acceptance standard for inspection lot of sub-item project.Table 5.2.1 shows the basic mode for scope of quality acceptance and assessment for civil works of flue gas desulfurization project of thermal power plant.

5.2.2 The flue gas desulfurization civil work quality acceptance of thermal power plant is classified into unit（sub-unit）project，branch（sub-branch）project，sub-item project and inspection lot，and its assessment is only to unit project.
5.2.3 The classification principle for unit project（sub-unit project）:Unit project shall be basically classified by independent functional subsystem of flue gas desulfurization project.Sub-unit project shall be classified by building or structure with independent production（use）function or independent construction condition under the corresponding subsystem.
5.2.4 The classification principle for branch project（sub-branch project）:Brand project is basically being classified by the section of building or structure，combining with disciple nature，when the branch project is large，it can be divided into several sub-branch project by material，construction feature，construction procedure，discipline，etc..
5.2.5 The classification principle for Sub-item project:Building or structure project is basically classified by profession，material，construction technicals or equipment mode，etc..Building equipment installation project is generally classified by purpose，category and equipment group，etc..One sub-item project can be consisted of one or several inspection lot（s）.
5.2.6 Inspection lot classification principle:Inspection lot is an inspection group composing by some sample collected under the same production condition or in the specified manner，which can be classified by floor，construction section or deformation joint according to the requirements of construction，quality control and professional acceptance.
5.2.7 Wood structure project，intelligent building project and special fire fighting project except water fire fighting shall be added in term of the quality acceptance and assessment scope classification principle of this section according to the related national regulations at the time when such projects are implemented.
5.2.8 The quality acceptance and assessment scope for all projects shall be established according to the basic mode of Table 5.2.1 with combination of actual condition of the project.Building（structure）beyond this acceptance and assessment scope can be classified with a reference to the above principle.The table of quality acceptance and assessment scope can be prepared by the construction company，reviewed by the supervision organization and approved by the owner.
