Foreword

This Specification is the revision of DL/T 5083-2004 Specification of Prestressing Tendon Construction for Hydropower and Water Resources Project.

This revision is prepared based on collecting and summarizing construction experiences in prestressing tendon application in hydropower and water resources projects in China as well as advanced practices from other countries.

This Specification has added the following contents to DL/T 5083-2004：

Retard bonded prestressing strand；

Prestressing tendon of compression-dispersion type；

Steel anchorage block.

This Specification will supersede DL/T 5083-2004 upon issuance.

This Specification is proposed by the China Electricity Council.

This Specification is under the jurisdiction of the Standardization Technical Commission of Hydropower Construction of the Electric Power Industry and will be interpreted by the same.
