3.2　Set up of Reference Line and Benchmarks

3.2.1　Set up of reference line and benchmarks of equipment shall be done before erection of equipment，with the following requirements met:

1　The layout of reference lines and bench marks shall be completed based on design technical document before erection of equipment；

2　Center plotting plate and bench mark shall be set based on the takeover document of foundation，site survey control point，layout of reference line and bench mark.Permanent center plotting plate and bench mark shall be set for main equipment and equipment of continuous production line；

3　Measurement shall be done based on the reference lines and bench marks；

4　Report of measurement achievement shall be submitted immediately，which shall be confirmed by supervisor.

3.2.2　The permanent center plotting plate and bench marks and layout shall be taken over to the employer.
