6.6　Deflector

6.6.1　The gradient and its adjustable range shall be accordance with the design technical document.

6.6.2　The horizontal movement amount of deflector shall be in accordance with design technical document.

6.6.3　The deflector shall be installed as follows:

1　The centerline of deflector shall be adjusted based on the longitudinal centerline of cylinder feeder，and checked by wire/thread，thread pendant and steel ruler with tolerance of 2.0mm；

2　Gap between lower outlet and trolley grate of sintering equipment shall be adjusted，and checked by steel ruler with tolerance of±3.0mm.
