8　Installation of Waste Heat Boiler

8.1　General Requirements

8.1.1　The construction contractor shall be qualified for the installation of boiler at the appropriate level.

8.1.2　Schemes for the lifting such equipment as flue，boiler barrel，heat accumulator and deoxidization tank shall be specially prepared.

8.1.3　After completely installed，the boiler must be subject to a hydrostatic test according to the requirement of the design technical document.In case of no requirement in the document，the following requirements shall be complied with：booster its pressure to the test pressure which shall be 1.25 times of the working pressure and hold for 20min，and then lower it to the working pressure and check that there shall be no water leakage or abnormality；carry out a hydrostatic test under the working pressure which shall be kept and there shall no residual deformation after the test.The hydrostatic test shall be carried out prior to heat preservation.
