7　Installation of Distribution Panel and Switch Cabinet

7.1　Dominant Items

7.1.1　The metal frame and foundation steel of the panels and cabinets must be securely connected to earth（PE）or neutral（PEN）.The ground wire of the panels and cabinets shall be connected to the grounding main line with copper wire with the section of 10mm2or above.For the openable door equipped with electrical equipment，the grounding terminals of the door and frame shall be securely connected with each other with the bare braided copper wire.

7.1.2　The panels and cabinets that need to be insulated shall be separated from the foundation steel and anchor bolts by the insulating material.The embedded parts such as foundation steel and anchor bolts must not be connected to the reinforcing bars in concrete，and shall be connected to the specialized grounding electrode by the insulated wires.

7.1.3　The adjustment test of the panels and cabinets shall be in accordance with relevant requirements and the test results shall meet the requirements.The operation and interlock test shall be correct and in accordance with design requirements.The record of adjustment test shall be complete and accurate.
