3.2　Equipment Foundation

Ⅰ　Dominant Items

3.2.1　Strength of equipment foundation must be in compliance with requirements in design technical document.

Inspection method:to checktakeover document of foundation.

3.2.2　Prior to putting equipment in place，layout for center plotting plate and elevation bench mark shall be drawn according to construction drawings and surveying control network.Center plotting plate and elevation bench mark are set up according to the layout，and transference points shall be surveyed.Center plotting plate and elevation bench mark shall be permanently embedded for master equipment and continuous production line.

Inspection method:to check survey result sheet and to do inspection.

Ⅱ　General Item

3.2.3　Axis location，elevation and dimension of equipment foundation and location of anchor bolt shall be in compliance with requirements in design technical document or in compliance with requirements of current national standards GB 50231 General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering.

Inspection method:to check recheck-record.

3.2.4　Oil stain，crushed stones，dirt，and water etc.inside preset holes of anchor bolts and on surface of equipment foundation shall be cleaned up；pre-embedded anchor bolts and nuts shall be well protected.
