Foreword

This code is prepared by China Thirteenth Metallurgical Construction Corporation Ltd.（CMTCC）and other companies according to the requirements of Document JIANBIAO［2005］No.124 issued by the Ministry of Construction-Notice on printing and Distributing of'the Development and Revision Plan of Engineering Construction Standards in 2005'.The prevision activity is organized by China Metallurgical Construction Association（CMCA）.

During prevision of the code，the prevision group have learned and investigated the law and regulations of China，summarized years of erection experience of sintering equipment，with different company and experts consulted.

This code consists of 13 chapters:general provisions，basic requirement，equipment foundation，anchor bolt and shim plate，equipment and material in site，installation for raw material and mixture equipment，installation for sintering equipment，installation for circular cooler，installation for straight cooler，installation for main exhausting equipment，installation for Electrostatic precipitator，sintering mechanical equipment run test，and 4 appendixes.Among which，5th-12th chapter cover partial projects of the project；3th chapter（equipment foundation，anchor bolts and shim plate）and 4th chapter（equipment and material in site）are relevant to sub-divisional projects，which are critical quality control factor in common for various sub-divisional projects，therefore，it is prepared as an individual chapter.

The provisions printed in bold type are mandatory ones which must be implemented strictly.

This code may be revised partially in future，with the partial revision information and provisions published on relevant journals.
