4.2　Match of Steelmaking Furnace and Continuous Casting Machine

4.2.1　For new continuous caster and continuous casting workshop，the cooperation among continuous caster，steelmaking furnace and refining unit shall be fully designed.

4.2.2　New converter，electric furnace and sequence casting workshop shall equip with refining facilities according to the steel grade to be produced.

4.2.3　In new converter，electric furnace and sequence casting workshop，continuous caster and steelmaking furnace shall adopt one-to-one configuration mode.

4.2.4　The proper measures shall be taken to organize sequence casting in existing steelmaking workshop with small furnace volume.
