3.4　Base Plate

Ⅰ　Dominant Items

3.4.1　Base plate shall be set with the bed-mortar method，the 48h strength of bed-mortar concrete shall be up to the design strength of foundation concrete.

Quantity to be checked:Check batch by batch.

Inspection method:Check the report for strength test of bed mortar test block.

Ⅱ　General Items

3.4.2　The base plate for equipment shall be set according to related requirements of the design technical document or the current national standard General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering（GB 50231）.

Quantity to be checked:Randomly check 20%.

Inspection method:Observe，measure by a ruler，check with a feeler gauge and manually tap the base plate.

3.4.3　In case the base plate is mounted via grinding，the surface of concrete foundation shall be flatly chipped so as to make the contact points between the base plate and the concrete surface evenly distributed.

Quantity to be checked:Randomly check 20%.
