5.7　Vessel Piping

5.7.1　The area around vessel should be divided into area for piping and that for operation.

Piping shall be routed in piping area，and instruments，manholes and ladders shall be arranged in operation area.

5.7.2　Piping should be arranged along the exterior wall of vertical vessel.and the valves in piping should be directly connected to equipment nozzle.

5.7.3　If access way is required under the piping at the bottom of horizontal vessel，the headroom from piping to operation floor shall not be less than 2.2m.

5.7.4　If the piping at vessel bottom is required to be routed at ground level，the clearance from pipe drain at low point to the ground shall not be less than 150mm.
