1.意义因位置而异的形容词的误用

非等级形容词是一些没有比较级和最高级形式,也不能被very, quite, so, extremely等强化副词修饰的形容词,它们包括:表示绝对意义的形容词,如average, equal, daily,weekly, square, oblong, perfect, excellent, favorite, infinite, invaluable, extreme,right/wrong, right/left等;表示强调意义的形容词,如mere, outright, utter, very等;表示限制意义的形容词,如chief, joint, main, only, principal, sole, chemical, nuclear,solar等;源自拉丁语的形容词,如major, minor, senior, junior, superior, inferior, prior等;表示相对关系的形容词,如former, latter, inner, outer, upper, elder等。

4.形容词比较结构中的错误
