❶I promise.“我答应……”，英语的promise这个词不能用得随便、无节制。promise这个词带有“承诺”“应许”的含意。君子一诺千金，promise不办到是信用破产。那有没有好的替代词，叫对方安心而又没有承诺意思的英语呢？当然有。当客户提出要求时，你可以回答I wiII make you happy.Let me see what I can do.（我会让您满意。让我看看，我还能在哪方面帮您一点忙！）。

❷out of Ioop是美国商业会话中常用的俗话，Ioop原意是“绳套”，out of Ioop指“不在绳套”内，引申的意思就是“没有参与权”，或“被排除在决策圈外”。
