China should rely on the strategy of ocean power and the“21st Century Maritime Silk Road”initiative, we should learn from the ancient historical experience, combine with interconnection, infrastructure investment, port construction layout, According to type and step, building the key port for the country Strategic fulcrum. Indonesia's Sumatra and Kalimantan Island should be a priority option.
