Abstract
This book selects the four basic categories of benefits and feedback, reform and transformation, law and morality, subject and action, and tries to comprehensively discuss the theory and practice of CSR in the ethnic areas, including the following aspects:
(1)Based on the general theory of economic reasons, political vision and social roots, from the perspective of CSR and the adjustment of ethnic relations in multiethnic countries, the book analyzes both the influence of CSR construction on national governance and social governance, and the theoretical basis of CSR in the ethnic areas.
(2)Different forms of social economy have a qualitative difference requirement between corporate behavior and social responsibility. Within a specific period of time, the development of the ethnic areas and local enterprises is special, but for the development of human society in the long time, the development of enterprises in the ethnic areas is more common. That is, to seek their own function in the scope of freedom and responsibility defined by the specific social form. Based on the diachronic description of the whole process of human society and the Chinese reform and transformation, combined with the different social environment of economic and social development in the ethnic areas, and the influence of national strategy in each period, to summary the stage characteristics of enterprise development and social responsibility construction in the ethnic areas.
(3)Law and morality are the two basic ways of social regulation, which to promote the construction of CSR. Legal and moral constraints to CSR behavior complement each other, and neither is dispensable. The undertaking of social responsibility of enterprises in the ethnic areas has not only the general characteristics of social and economic organizations, but also the particularity of content and form because of its unique resource endowment, cultural tradition and institutional environment. The construction of CSR in ethnic areas should adhere to the combination of legal responsibility and moral responsibility. We should pay attention to the impact of the formal and informal institutional arrangements. Enterprises in the ethnic minority areas should always pay close attention to the combination of their own development and the adjustment of ethnic relations, and integrate the work of ethnic unity throughout the whole process of promoting the development of enterprises and regional economic growth.
(3)Under the impetus of the government, the enterprise and the society, the construction of CSR, as an important part of social governance, has gradually moved from the stage of social consensus to the practice of social responsibility management. In ethnic areas, it is also an important part of ethnic unity and progress. We should pay attention to the locality and nationality of the standard of CSR, promote CSR behavior through the cooperation of the government, the enterprise and the society. We should make sure the the construction of CSR has become an important measure to promote ethnic unity and progress.
In the process of theoretical explanation and practical investigation, we introduce the concept of CSR into the ethnic areas, focus on the impact of the regional autonomy system on Corporate responsibility. Through the interaction and influence of institutions and organizations, it is helpful to come to conclusion which can improve the system and enterprise responsibility.
