Although the competition is fierce, I prefer to stay in big cities, because big cities can provide more experiences, more opportunities and more space for career development.
I know others may want to start in small towns, because they will have a quieter and less competitive life there. And they can be a big fish in a small pond still. They can easily get the attention and win promotions earlier.
Anyway, I prefer to start my career in a big city. A good beginning is half the battle. That’s what attracts me.
